After Delivery, Installation or Collection

Following delivery, installation, or collection, the protective sealer on your concrete piece will continue to cure and strengthen over the initial weeks. During this period, we recommend exercising additional care to avoid unnecessary wear or damage.

If other trades are working onsite, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the concrete product is not used as a work surface. Trades may unintentionally place tools, food, or equipment on the concrete, which can cause damage. Concrete products should not be used or leaned on during this time. Covering the surface is not recommended, as it may interfere with the curing process of the sealer.

Over time, normal wear may become visible. This is a natural aspect of concrete and part of the material’s character. As the product ages, subtle changes such as minor colour variation may occur. These variations are expected and do not impact the strength, performance, or structural integrity of the piece.
