Shipping Policy

Please note that all orders will be dispatched promptly when ready, and we cannot be responsible for delayed shipping. We use a third-party courier service to ship all goods and provide tracking details to our customers, although we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. Once the shipment has left The Concrete Shed, the customer must communicate any changes with the shipping company.

Inspecting all goods for damages within 24 hours of receiving them is essential. If any damage is noticed, please get in touch with us immediately so we can liaise with our courier service to rectify the issue. 

Please note that any claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt; claims made after this period will not be accepted.

If exterior damage is evident, such as severely damaged corners of the box during transport, we recommend that the goods not be signed. If delivery is rejected, our driver will notify us, allowing us to follow up with the transport company.

Please be aware that if a customer arranges their transport and not through The Concrete Shed, our company will not insure the shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange insurance for the shipment.

We strongly advise using our trusted courier service, as we have carefully selected couriers who will handle our goods with care.
